Thin belt at waist that can be tied into a perfect bow that accentuates the waist. Full a-line skirt with gathers at the waist. Tulle underskirt adds shape and volume. Concealed zipper at centre front of skirt with a hook and eye at the top that is covered by the belt. Excellent vintage condition. Fits like a US size 4. Made in USA.
